I rarely leave reviews, but after multiple visits, I feel compelled to speak up. The front desk staff consistently treat us with coldness and disregard, and the other days experience was no exception. From the moment we walked in, the attitude toward us was noticeably different compared to how they greeted other patients—smiles and polite hellos for them, but tension and impatience for us. The staff member checking us in seemed confused by the information thats i gave her, which listed 3 different insurance and she was confused on why it shows that. When I asked to see the the information to help clarify, she wouldn't hand it over. I then asked her to hold on while I tried to verify the information myself, but before I could, another receptionist told me to “get off my phone and check in,” even though I was actively trying to resolve the issue and the first staff member still had our paperwork. To make things worse, I overheard them laughing and ducking behind their computer. I couldn’t hear everything, but I clearly caught one of them say, “She’s watching us,” which felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I had Dr Hobson at DMH ENT today.He was very professional, very thorough, he listened to my concerns and I didn't feel rushed, he has a kind and calm bedside manner that made me feel less nervous, he got to the root of the issue. I would recommend this Dr to anyone, they were also very nice in the office,,I had a very pleasant experience.😊🙏💚

Dr Ulis has always been great with me. Dr Sobel was my Dr until his retirement and then Dr Ulis has been my Dr since. Great Dr. Great Guy

Hi everyone I just seen doctor Marissa this morning on 10/16/25 she was very very awesome she is totally very very great with patients. I very very highly recommend her to anyone who needs an doctor here. And I can't remember the other doctor name who does hearing tests but the hearing test doctor and doctor Marissa was both very very awesome. Thank you greatly to both doctors. If I could give 0 stars, I for sure would. I’ve heard AMAZING things about Dr. Ullis and his lip/tongue tie operations. Unfortunately I was scheduled with the surgeon, Dr. Hopson? My little one is 3 months old and suffers from a lip tie, unsure about tongue tie or buccal ties. This affects her by making her uncomfortable, reflux issues, a shallow latch, and so much more. I come from a medical background, and have done extensive research on lip ties. We were kept waiting for 30 minutes, which is fine, I totally understand. When he finally came in, he acted like I asked him to give my 3 month old Botox. Telling me none of her symptoms were related to her lip tie, and that removing it would be ‘simply cosmetic’ and that he didn’t want to do it. He also said it doesn’t affect peach development, which is a lie. I was so hopeful for my sweet girl to finally get some relief from a lip tie release, but instead was treated like I was stupid and uneducated. I will not be going back. Please always remember to advocate for your little ones who don’t have their voice yet. 0/10.
